“Let them eat tapas!” Revolutions spark appetites. After all of your selfless marching around, indulge with a little bon morsel from our internationally inspired café that’s part espresso bar and part enoteca. The Dynamo menu features small plates, table shares, sandwiches and sweets. So sit. Sip your mint-infused tea in a space infused by the mission of the museum. The focal point of the shop and café is a large library shelving system from the late 19th century similar to those found at the Library of Congress and the Vatican Library while the focal point of Executive Chef Mathieu Frey’s menu is an Austrian apple-strudel, “mit schlag.”
